If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may file a return within 15 days of delivery.
Sunny Sesh accepts returns within 15 days of delivery.
We do not accept used product returns under any circumstances.
Returns due to personal preference will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Please be informed that for orders that utilized the free shipping option, any returns processed will be subject to a shipping fee. This means that the cost of shipping incurred during the initial delivery, which was waved due to the free shipping option, will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping charges and fees are non-refundable
File a return online and we'll provide a prepaid shipping label (the cost of the postage will be subtracted from your refund) or ship the item back on your own.
What if an item arrives broken?
Using a proprietary packaging process, we ensure that more than 99.8% of packages arrive in the same flawless condition they left our warehouse.
In the unlikely event you receive a broken, incorrect, or mislabeled product, please file a claim with our support team within 15 days of delivery.
You must provide an order number, and 2-3 clear photos of the damaged item as well as the packaging.
We will replace the damaged item with a functional unit at no additional cost to you.
We may ask to send back the damaged item at no additional cost to you (we'll provide a prepaid shipping label).

What happens if my package is returned to sender?
If your package is returned to sender due to an invalid address, we will issue a refund for the order. You can reorder whenever you like.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
